At SZ Tech Enterprise, we strive to deliver high-quality, creative, and professional logo designs that meet your expectations. However, since our services are digital and custom-made, we maintain a specific refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
We understand that situations may arise where you may wish to cancel or request a refund. Here’s how our policy works based on the project status:
Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
No initial design work or concepts have been initiated by our team.
You may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%) if:
We have started working on your design and shared initial concepts, but you choose not to proceed.
The cancellation is requested within a reasonable time (within 3–4 days of placing the order), and less than 50% of the total project scope has been completed.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds in the following cases:
The final logo or brand assets have already been delivered.
The client approved the final design.
Delay in response from the client side for more than 7 business days.
Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after full delivery.
Violation of terms or misuse of our services.
Each package comes with a defined number of revisions (as stated in the service details). If you require revisions beyond what’s included, additional charges may apply. Revisions do not count as grounds for refund if they are exhausted and not meeting new, unrelated design expectations.
